WADADIA provides skills training to its beneficiaries to empower them economically. These skills not only build up their confidence, but it also provides them with a skill that they could use to make a living.

This  has the following activities:

  • Table Banking among support groups

  • Link to financial institution
  • Poultry project
  • Horticultural
  • It also has an internal loan raised from members’ shares, which they lend to each other at a small interest and minimal conditions. This internal loan targets the youth and other members who may not qualify to get from other financial institutions.
